We are more than an organization coordinating your volunteer placement. We are your local point of contact, your support team and your connection to life in Tanzania.

Our team knows Arusha, our partner projects and the local community. We are here to answer your questions, help you settle in and make sure you feel comfortable throughout your stay.

We started our german-tanzanian organization to suport local communities in a lasting way while offering fair safaris and other tours to explore the real Tanzania and its beautiful culture. We cant wait to welcome you - Karibuni sana!

House Mama Hellena

I am the house mama and I will cook, clean and wash for you. I will take good care of you throughout your stay with us!

Gardener and Security guard Peter

I am the security guard to keep you safe and I am also responsible for the beautiful garden of our volunteer house.

Driver and Tour Guide Mash

I am the big brother of Emmanuel and of the drivers to pick or drop you at the airport. I will also do the orientation tour on your first day with you!

Hostel Helper and Security Guard Jordan

I am Jordan, the security guard to keep you safe and I am always helping with anything around the house.

Volunteer Helper Dani

I am Dani - the youngest brother of Emmanuel and I will come to the house sometimes on the weekends and just help whereever help is needed - I am currently studying french, so I am always very talkative!
