We want you to know exactly what your volunteer experience costs before you arrive.
Registration Fee – €150
Your initial fee includes:
- Airport pick-up and drop-off at Kilimanjaro or Arusha Airport
- Pre-arrival administration and support
- Orientation tour on your first day, including:
- SIM card assistance
- Guidance on withdrawing money
- Introduction to local transportation
- Visit to local markets
- Safety briefing
- Introduction to your volunteer project
- Giving Hands T-Shirt
Weekly Program Fee – €120
Your weekly fee includes:
- Volunteer placement
- Accommodation in our shared dorm rooms
- Freshly prepared breakfast and dinner, Monday to Friday
- Filtered drinking water, coffee and tea
- Safari and tour organization at fair volunteer prices
- 24/7 emergency support
- Night-time security
- Wi-Fi
- A welcoming family environment and local support throughout your stay

PRIVATE SINGLE OR DOUBLE ROOMS
Looking for a little more privacy? We also offer spacious private single or double rooms for our guests.
€175 per person per week
Including breakfast and dinner, Monday to Friday for DOUBLE ROOMS and
€220 for a single room also including breakfast and dinner Monday to Friday.
BOOKING & CANCELLATION
A €150 deposit is due after your application. This allows us to reserve your accommodation and volunteer placement. The deposit is non-refundable.
The remaining weekly fee must be paid 2 months before arrival and is non-refundable after this date.
In case of cancellation due to unavoidable circumstances, you may postpone your stay with us and use your payment for a future stay.
