Payments for all trips and safari have to be paid in US-Dollar or Tanzanian Shilling – in cash or banc transfer to our Dollar account.
We advice to bring US–Dollars from your homecountry or pay in tanzanian shillings.
To confirm your booking, you pay a deposit of 100 US-Dollar to reserve the dates for safari. Because of planing and writing the itinerary, this deposit can’t be refunded if you cancel.
Cancellation policy for safari
You can cancel the safari up to 1 month before starting. After that period, we have to pay the Parc fees and reserve the tents already and also order your food, therefore its not possible to get a refund.
