Pick-up and Drop-off at the airport (Kilimandjaro or Arusha Airport)
pre arrival administration
orientation tour on your first day (getting a sim card, showing you how to pick money, explain the transport vehicles, visit fruit markets and safety briefing

Subsistence costs per week: 105€, including:

Our delicious breakfast includes African tea and coffee, bread with peanut butter, butter and jam, as well as daily specials such as pancakes, mandazi, eggs, guacamole, avocado, and fresh fruits.
For dinner, we serve a mix of African and Western dishes, including spaghetti, rice, chapati, and other local meals. Most of our food is vegetarian- however, if you have allergies or special dietary needs, feel free to reach out!
Good to know:
We also offer a big private garden villa with a queensize bed, cupboard, table with chairs private bathroom and private entrance.
Price is 175€ per person per week, also inclding breakfast and dinner Monday to Friday.
Cancellation information:
You pay the deposit of 150€ right after applying, such that we can reserve your bed and your space in the volunteering projects. Therefore, the deposit cant be refunded.
The weekly payment has to be paid 2 months before arrival and can not be refunded after that time. In case of cancellation due to unavoidable reasons, you can postpone your stay with us.
